ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (3oz.) box of apricot jello
  • 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 2 (4.75oz.) jars apricot baby food
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 cup chooped pecans

directions

Mix first three ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until Jello is dissoveled. Stir in cream cheese and jars of baby food to mixture. Remove from heat and chill until firm. Once firm, stir in Cool Whip and chopped pecans. Keep in refrigator until ready to serve.
