Apricot Nectar Salad

ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 small package apricot jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 small container Cool Whip

    Heat apricot nectar, pineapple, and Jello to boiling, stir often. Remove from heat and add cream cheese that has been cut into small cubes, stir until cream cheese is well blended into mixture.

    Let mixture cool to room temperature, then add reamining ingredients and pour in a Jello Mold to set.
