Pierogies
ingredients
- 10 Lbs. Potatoes
- 2 8oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Lbs. American Cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
- 3 Lbs. Onions in Butter
- Dough:
- 6 Cups Flour
- Little Salt
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Water
directions
Boil potatoes in alot of salt drain and mix remaining filling ingredients. In separate bowl mix ingredients for dough add more flour till stickiness is gone.Fill dough with filling. Let sit a little. Then boil salted water. Put pierogies into boiling water when they surface they are done.
