Cajun Asian Shrimp

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp Cajun Spice
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp Thai chili paste
  • 1 1 1/2 bag frozen, peeled, deveined large prawns (about 50) Thawed rinsed and butterflied.
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

    Mix everything except prawns to chill overnight. Can be used right away, but seems to taste even better if used the next day.

    Add prawns to marinade and chill 30 minutes or a bit more if desired.

    Place prawns, cut side down on foil lined cookie sheet. Discard marinade. Broil 3-5 minutes till done. Transfer to platter and sprinkle with cilantro.
