Peanut Butter and Jelly
Have this with a glass of cold milk!!
ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 3 Tbls. of smooth Peanut Butter
- (although crunchy peanut butter gives you more roughage)
- 2 Tbls. of jelly (grape, strawberry, raspberry)
- Or, you can use slice strawberries, bananas, use fresh blueberries or raspberries instead of jelly.

You can toast your bread:)

take 2 slices and place on plate or paper towel (save time on cleaning a plate) spread peanut butter on 1 slice

spread jelly on the 2nd slice

put slices together.

Cut sandwich on an angle, or in half, or in 4 pieces.

Dunk in your milk and enjoy!
