Grilled Swordfish Sandwich
Fresh swordfish sandwich with carribean spice
ingredients
- Fresh swordfish 2" thickness
- honey mustard
- lemon
- olive oil
- caribean spice
- mayo
- chabatta roll
directions

prepare marianate -mix together:

two tablespoons honey mustard,
- 3
two tbls olive oil, juice from one fresh squeezed lemon, 3 tbls carribean spice

place swordfish in dish coat both sides refrigerate for 1/2 hour

Cook on grill until done approx 20-25 min med heat
- 6
mix togehter mayo and 2 tbls carribean spice
- 7
spread on cabatta roll
- 8
cut desired portion of swordfish place on roll

optional add tomatoe, lettuce and sharp cheddar cheese
