Honey BBQ Chicken
Yummy, sticky and sweet boneless honey bbq chicken. No frying in this recipe and its delicious! Tangy honey sauce over boneless chicken breast. Forget the bottle make your own honey bbq sauce. Bon Appétit
ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Chicken Nuggets:
- Ms. Dash
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into large nugget- sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper or Chilli powder, or black pepper

Season chicken with Ms. Dash or your favorite seasoning. Marinate chicken in a bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Prepare your sauce. In a sauce pan, combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion and chili powder. Mix in water, honey and lemon juice. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a plastic bag, shake together flour, and seasoned salt. Then add chicken pieces in batches to coat, shake off excess flower. Place chicken on a baking sheet, line with heavy duty foil for easy cleaning and rizzele foil with olive oil. Drizzle chicken with olive oil . Bake for about 15 minutes, flip chicken bake for 10 minutes. Coat each piece of chicken with your prepared honey glaze and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes. You can do a second coat of honey glaze for the last 5 minutes, or serve any additional glaze on the side.
