Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies

ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg bite sized Snickers Candy bars

Beat first three ingredients together till creamy, then add egg, peanut butter, salt and vanilla.

Sift together flour and baking soda and mix into the creamy mix.

Roll into small balls with a Snicker bar in the center.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 9 minutes.

Then, hot from the oven, take your spatula or something flat like a drinking glass and flatten each cookie.
