Pot Luck Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all above together in a large bow. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.

Combine: 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Spread corn flake mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered

Can be done ahead of time and is very easy!
