Pumpkin Bars

ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. can pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional
- Frosting
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened at room temp.
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened at room temp.
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. milk

Combine (not including the frosting ingredients) and mix with a wooden spoon and pour into a jelly-roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Beat at medium speed. Add milk until desired consistency for spreading. Spread over cooled cake.
