Walter's warm potato salad
ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes - cooked
- 1 lb. apples - peeled
- 1/4 cup white wine or vermouth
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3 T. white wine vinegar
- 2 T. horseradish
- 2 T. grated onion
- 1 t. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Slice the potatoes and the apples in 1/4 inch pieces and toss while warm with wine.

Combine all the other ingredients in a jar and shake well.

Pour over while still warm and toss gently.

Serve garnished with chives
