Hawaiian Chicken Adobo
ingredients
- 1 & 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 bay leaves
- 10 whole peppercorns
- 3 pounds chicken with skin and bones
directions
Place all ingredients in heavy stockpot. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 2 to 3 hours until liquid is thick on bottom of pan. Keep an eye on this as not to burn dry. Chicken will fall off the bone.
