Curry Chicken Salad

ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken breast
  • 1 small onion (chopped fine)
  • 3 stalks of celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 T curry powder
  • 1 cup seedless grape halves
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

directions

First, cook chicken until tender. When it is ready, dice the chicken into small chunks. Mix the diced chicken breast thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Do not add the grapes at the time, add just before serving. Fr best taste, keep in refrigerator for a while to allow the chicken to absorb the flavor
