POT DE CREME
This is very good and is so easy!!!
ingredients
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/4 scalded light cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 TBS brandy or rum (optional)
directions

Blend in blender at high speed
- 2
pour in to demi tasse cuos or small ramkins or custard cups or you can even fill small wine glass half way
- 3
chill 3 hours. Top with whip cream.
