ingredients
- 2 pds. Beef Round, cubed
- 2 large Onions, diced
- 2 Tbls. Butter
- 2 Tbls. Paprika
- 1 Tbls. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Caraway Seed
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Green Pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 cup Water or Beef Stock
- Diced Potatoes
directions
Saute onions in melted butter until golden. add seasoning, tomatoes, green pepper and meat and water or stock. Cover and simmer several hours, adding more water if needed. Add diced potatoes 1/2 hour before done.

Tastes better the second day.
