ingredients

Walleye:
  • 4 boneless Walleye Fillets
  • Margarine
  • Egg/Milk Wash
  • Ritz Crackers, crumbled
  • Lord Fletcher’s Herb Butter
Herb Butter:
  • 1 stick each Butter and Margarine,melted
  • 1 tsp. Shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Dill
  • 1 tsp. Chives
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Mix
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • and: 1 tsp. each any other preferred spices (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, etc.)

    Melt margarine in fry pan to 350 degrees... DO NOT use butter.

  • 2

    Dip fillets into egg wash and then into Ritz Cracker crumbs.

  • 3

    Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

  • 4

    Drizzle with melted herb butter.

Leftover Herb Butter can be frozen into individual servings and used as needed in other recipes.
