ingredients

  • 4 lg baking potatoes, baked
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs chopped onion/dried onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt/seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • paprika

    Cut hot baked potatoes in half.

  • 2

    Scoop out insides;reseve shells.

  • 3

    In lg. bowl beat potatoes and butter until creamy.

  • 4

    Gradually beat in milk.

  • 5

    Stir in salt & pepper.

  • 6

    Spoon into reserved shells.

  • 7

    Sprinkle with cheese.

  • 8

    Arrange in baking dish.

  • 9

    Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes

  • 10

    Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
