Fish with Papaya Salsa
This can go on any fish you like.
ingredients
- 2 cups chopped papya
- 1/2 oz chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- Dash of pepper
- 1 1/4 lb flounder,cod, haddock,orange roughy etc fillets

Combine papaya, pecans,onion,vinegar & red pepper flakes; set aside.

on wax paper, combine flour & pepper; coat fish on both sides. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Cook fish over med heat untillbrown on both sides. (about 3 minutes per side) Serve fish with salsa.
