ingredients

Dough:
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
Filling:
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbls. softened Butter
  • 4 oz. chopped Pecans
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

    Cream softened butter and cream cheese. Add salt and flour. Mix well. Shape dough into 24 small balls and chill for 1 hour.

    In small bowl, mix together all filling ingredients.

    Press the chilled dough balls into the bottom and up the sides of slightly greased (or use Pam) tart pans or mini muffin cups. Fill each shell with filling almost to the top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool in the tins completely before removing.
