Cheese and Bacon Party Puffs
Little choux pastry puffs filled with a cheese & bacon filling, served hot from the oven.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups coarsely grated cheddar cheese
- 4 bacon rashers, chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh herbs for garnish
directions

Combine milk and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well. Add cheese, bacon, onion, sifted flour and mustard. Mix until combined.

Drop rounded teaspoons of mixture onto oven trays covered with baking paper. Cook in a hot oven 200°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
