Baked Squash

ingredients

  • 8-10 squash (mixture of yellow and green)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • paprika to taste
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese

    Wash whole squash and boil 10 minutes. Cut off ends and cube. Arrange in buttered casserole. Melt butter and mix in cheese, sour cream, salt, paprika, chives and Tony’s to taste. Pour over zucchini and sprinkle buttered crumbs on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
