Tortellini with Artichokes and Sun Dried Tomatoes
ingredients
- 2 - 9 ounce packages fresh mozzarella tortellini or 3 cheese tortellini
- 1 -14 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained (if you like artichokes a lot then use two cans)
- 1 - 7 ounce package sun-dried tomatoes with garlic and oil, drained and cut into pieces
- 2 - 3.5 ounce can ripe olives, drained
- 3/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing (doesn’t have to be fat-free)
- 16 small fresh basil leaves
