Trash Bag Salad (12)

ingredients
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- 1 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1.5 heads romaine lettuce, shredded
- 3/4 cups mild cheddar cheese, (12 oz) shredded
- 3/4 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped, optional
- 1 4.25 oz. can black olives, chopped or sliced & drained
- 1/2 15 oz. can ranch or chili beans, drained (found in the bean section)
- 1 8 oz. bag corn chips
- 1 8 oz. catalina salad dressing
- 1 6 oz. jar salsa
- 4 ounces sour cream, for topping
- trash bag, to mix everything in

Brown beef; drain grease then add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Cool.

Toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag or container. Everything goes in the garbage bag and then...Gimme Mambo #5 to mix it up!

If you are preparing it to serve in advance, add everything together except for Frito chips, tomatoes and lettuce. Place in garbage bag in the refrigerator to get cold. Right before serving add lettuce, tomato and chips. The chips get really soggy if left for a long time so do not prepare this part in advance.
