Easy Chicken
This chicken is great for weekdays when you don’t have much time for cooking. I keep doing it over and over again.
ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (I prefer bone in) without skin
- or 8 chicken thighs
- 2 cups leftover white wine
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 potato diced (optional)
- Adobo seasoning
directions
Season chicken with adobo seasoning generously. Place in oven pan together with the diced potatoes. Heat oven at 350 degrees. Pour wine over chicken and add the onions on top. Sprinkle with more adobo seasoning. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for about 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden. Add more wine if it’s too dry when you uncover it.
