ingredients

Dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 7-8 cups of flour
  • 2 yeast pkgs. (3T Red Star) use warm water and small amount of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. (scant) salt
  • 1 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Filling
  • 2 cubes of butter
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbs. cinnamon (optional)

Add 1 cup finely chopped nuts, 2 tbs. cinnamon after sugar, Mix well. We prefer the nuts & cinnamon filing. Cook on 350 for 10-15 min.
