Thai Salad
ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 head Napa cabbage
- 2 bunches green onion
- 3 bags instant ramen noodles
- 1/4 stick butter or 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- 1 c rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c olive oil
- 8 tsp soy sauce

Chop the cabbage. Slice onion. Mix gently in large bowl

Smash the ramen noodles into small pieces in their bags. Discard the seasoning packets. Drop noodles into a skillet at medium heat with butter or olive oil and roast till brown.

Add almonds and sesame seeds and cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix dressing and pour over salad to serve.
