Enchiladas
ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Pace picante sauce
- 2 t. chili powder
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded monteray jack cheese
- 6 6" tortillas
- 1 small tomato
- 1 green onion
directions

Stir soup, sour cream, picante sauce, chili powder.

Stir 1 cup of the above mixture with the chicken & cheese.

Divide among the 6 tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a 11x8" pan.

Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover and back for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with chopped tomato and green onion.
