ingredients

  • Two turns of Olive Oil
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 16 oz can of tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. Water

    1. Cook Chicken in olive oil

    2. Add tomatoes with liquid, wine, garlic salt, basil, and pepper

    3. Heat to boil.

  • 4

    4. Reduce heat and simmer- covered for 15 min.

    5. Add onion, pepper, mushrooms.

  • 6

    6. Cover and simmer- 5 min

  • 7

    7. Gradually add cornstarch and water

  • 8

    8. Cook until thick

  • 9

    9. Serve over spaghetti
