Shrimp and Macaroni Salad
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb frozen shrimp
- 5 oz box shell macaroni, cooked
- juice of one lemon
- 1/3 c Italian dressing
- 1/4 c sliced green onion
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c chopped celery
- 1/4 c chopped green pepper
- 2 T chopped piminto
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
directions
Drain shrimp. Cut up, sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill. Add green onion and dressing to macaroni. Cover and chill. Chop eggs. Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours.
