ingredients

  • 4 bundle of broccoli
  • 3/4 lb. smoked bacon
  • 1/2 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 of a mild, sweet onion (medium size), finely chopped
  • 1/2-1 cup of golden raisens
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbls apple cider vinegar

directions

Cut the stems off the broccoli and separate tops into flowerettes. Fry bacon till crispy and crunch into bite size pieces, set aside. Add onion, cheese, and cooled bacon pieces to broccoli. Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar; add to broccoli, stirring until well blended. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 1 to 4 hours before serving.
