Canlis Shrimp
ingredients
- 2 lbs large prawns
- 1 oz olive oil
- 2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 clove garlic - crushed
- 1 oz butter
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of two lemons
directions
Pour the oil into a large skillet and when hot toss in the shrimp and stir - cook until golden brown. Reduce heat, add the butter, garlic, salt and pepper. When well blended, raise the fire to very hot. Add the lemon juice and vermouth and cook just one minute - stirring constantly.
