Slow-Cooker Corn
ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 20-oz. pkg. of frozen kernel corn (regular, not cream-style), do not thaw
- 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons water
directions
Saute diced onion on stovetop until tender. Combine all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
