Chicken, Nectarine, and Macadamia Nut Salad

ingredients
- 10 ounces mixed salad greens (about 16 cups loosely packed)
- 2 freestone nectarines (about 12 ounces total), pitted and cut into thin slices
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup bottles Asian or Chinese chicken salad dressing, or more to taste
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted, salted macadamia nuts

In a large bowl, combine the greens, nectarines, onion, cilantro, and dressing. Add more dressing, salt, and pepper to taste.

Divide the salad among 4 plates. Arrange the chicken on top, sprinkle with the nuts, and serve.
