CHEESY ITALIAN TORTELLINI
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 container (15 ounces) refrigerated marinara sauce
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg. (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Brown ground beef; drain. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix beef, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini is tender.
