Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip

ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese -- Softened
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 1/4 C Mozzarella -- Shredded
  • 1/4 C Parmesan -- Grated
  • 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach -- Thawed And Pat
  • 4 oz Artichoke Quarters -- Canned
  • 1 cloves Garlic -- Minced
  • Salt -- To Taste
  • Pepper -- To Taste

directions

1. Preheat oven 350°. 2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, 2 Tbl Mozzarella, 1 Tbl Parmesan, Spinach, Artichokes (cut up to be more fine., garlic, salt and pepper. 3. Spread in baking dish. 4. Combine remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan and sprinkle on top. 5. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes, or until top is browned.

notes

I use the full 1/4 cup of Mozzarella and 1/4 Parmesan in the mixture and then sprinkle extra on top. Makes the dish a lot more cheesy and tasty that way.
