Honey Sesame Tenderloin

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Tbspn grated fresh ginger

  • 1 Tbspn Asian sesame oil

  • 2 whole pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. total).

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 Tbspns brown sugar

  • 4 Tbspns sesame seeds

  • Preheat oven to 375 F

  • Remove pork from the marinade and pat it dry. Mix the honey with the brown sugar in a shallow bowl. Place the sesame seeds in a separate shallow bowl. Roll the pork in the honey mixture, coating it well, then roll it in the sesame seeds.

  • Place meat in a shallow pan and roast for 20 - 30 minutes. (until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center of the tenderloins registers 160F). Tranfer meat to a serving platter and slice thinly.
