1 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbspn grated fresh ginger
1 Tbspn Asian sesame oil
2 whole pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. total).
¼ cup honey
2 Tbspns brown sugar
4 Tbspns sesame seeds
Combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Place the tenderloins in a heavy plastic bag, pour in the soy sauce mixture; seal the bag and turn the bag to coat. Let marinate 2 hours at room temp or overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 F
Remove pork from the marinade and pat it dry. Mix the honey with the brown sugar in a shallow bowl. Place the sesame seeds in a separate shallow bowl. Roll the pork in the honey mixture, coating it well, then roll it in the sesame seeds.
Place meat in a shallow pan and roast for 20 - 30 minutes. (until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center of the tenderloins registers 160F). Tranfer meat to a serving platter and slice thinly.
