Pollo Con Chauchas
ingredients
- 1 Chicken (or a combination of legs, breasts and thighs)
- 1 medium onion
- 3 slices of ham or bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 Kg green beans
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- Potatoes (cut into small cubes)
directions

1. chop bacon/ham and sautee in olive oil. Drain the excess fat.

2. Chop onion and add to bacon/ham. Saute. Add chicken and cook until brown.

3. Add garlic, salt and pepper, and water. (Add optional potatoes)

4. Add green beans and cook until tender.

5. Serve with sour cream.
