Hash Brown Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 T. dried minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 T. dried parsley
directions
Combine all ingredients and spread into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
