Pork Roast, Bohemian Style
6-7 pd. Boneless Port Loin
2-3 cloves Garlic, slivered
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
With knife make small slits all over pork roast. Into each slit push in a sliver of garlic.
Salt & pepper Roast
Sprinkle Paprika over top of roast, don’t be stingy.
Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in preheated 325 degree oven for 2½ to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.
When done, remove to platter, cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
