Pork Roast, Bohemian Style

  • 6-7 pd. Boneless Port Loin

  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, slivered

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Paprika

  • With knife make small slits all over pork roast. Into each slit push in a sliver of garlic.

  • Salt & pepper Roast

  • Sprinkle Paprika over top of roast, don’t be stingy.

  • Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in preheated 325 degree oven for 2½ to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.

  • When done, remove to platter, cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
