Chimmichurri
ingredients
- 3 bunches cilantro
- 1 bunch mint
- 3 seeded Jalapenos
- 1/2 large red onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2-3T brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt (or more)
- juice of 3 limes
- 1/2 cup EVOO (or more)

Grind up onion and garlic in Cuizinart.

Add herbs and grind up as fine as possible. (you may need to add half of them first, then the other half. If doing this, add the coarser herbs first).

Add the EVOO, drizzling in at a moderate stream.

Add the seasonings.

Finish with the lime juice.

Taste and correct as needed.
