Hash Brown Egg CasseroleDenise
- 32 oz. pkg. diced hash browns, thawed
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
Coat a 9x13-inch pan with spray.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into pan.
In same bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Pour egg mixture in pan.
Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until eggs are set.
