MANGO GINGER RELISH
This relish goes perfect with Pork chops or grilled shrimp.
ingredients
- 2 Mango’s peeled and diced
- 3 T minced red onion
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 1/2 t grated fresh ginger
- Pinch Cayenne
directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. refrigerate for 1-2 hrs before serving.
