Teriyaki Marinade
This is a great marinade for fish, poultry, beef, pork or firm tofu. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight (marinate fish for no more than 30 minutes). Use a Dressings and Sauces Dressings and Sauces non-reactive container when marinating.
ingredients
- 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp water 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp crushed fresh garlic
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
