German Pancakes
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs butter (plus some for greasing pan)
- Topping:
- 2 apples
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
directions

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, slowly add flour, add other ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, sautee apples in butter until soft. Add sugar and cinnamon. Serve over warm pancakes.
