SAUTEED GARLIC SHRIMPS
Serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
ingredients
- 2 lbs. large shrimps
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt

Shell and devein shrimps, rinse and pat very dry.

In wok over med. heat, heat oil.

Saute chili pepper and 1 clove garlic, 1 minute.

Remove pepper and garlic and discard.

Increase heat to med.-high. Add shrimps and saute 3 to 5 minutes.

Quickly add remaining garlic, parsley, capers, lemon rind, juice. salt to taste and serve.
