Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup light or fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
- 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, chopped
directions
Combine all ingredients. Place in a shallow csserole dish. Bake at 325 F for 15-20 minutes.
