Basic Marinara Sauce

  • 3 T Olive Oil or enough to cover bottom of pan
  • 3 t chopped garlic
  • 1 Can Cora Whole Plum Tomatoes
  • 1/4 t salt and pepper
  • 1 t sugar
  • fresh basil
  • fresh parsley

    Use a deep frying pan or a Wok

  • 2

    Soften garlic in oil

  • 3

    Finely chop tomatoes and add all to garlic

  • 4

    Saute until mixture changes color

  • 5

    Serve over pasta
