Pepper and Chicken Skillet

ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • flour
  • oil
  • sliced peppers (any color)
  • zucchini, sliced
  • 1-2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
  • rice or noodles

directions

    Cook chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces and covered in flour with a little pepper) in oil until almost done. Remove and replace with cut up peppers and zucchini. When these vegetables are mostly cooked, put the chicken back in and add stewed tomatoes; heat through.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
