ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound brown sugar
  • 3 cups wheat germ
  • 3/4 tablespoons salt
  • 4 cups coconut, shredded
  • 4 cups pecans (opt.)
  • 1 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 box of quick oats
  • 1 1/2 box old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cups canola oil
  • 3/4 cups applesauce-unsweetened
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1/12 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 0.5 oz. Mapleine

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

  • 2

    Mix all liquids together. Then all to dry and mix well. Bake at 180° overnight in cake pans.
