Caramel Cheesecake
Make this cheesecake a day before you have to serve it.
ingredients
- crust:
- 2/3 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs, PAM
- Filling:
- 2 cups fat free cottage cheese
- 1-8 oz. block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 up brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup fat free caramel sundae syrup
- 2 2 oz. chocolate snickers bars chopped

Preheat oven 300°

Press crumbs into bottom of sprayed pan.

For filling, place cheeses in food processor, 2 minutes or until smooth.

Add flour, brown sugar, sugar, fat free sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and egg whites into the cheese mixture. Process until smooth.

Pour 1/2 of the mixture into pan. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with 1/2 of the snicker bars, drizzle more syrup, and the rest of the cheese mixture. Add more syrup.

Bake at 300° for 50 minutes.

Sprinkle the rest of the snicker bars, bake for 10 more minutes.

Turn off oven and let cake sit for 1 hour in the closed oven. Remove to room temperature.

Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
